General Information & Requirements
All requirements are in place for the safety and well-being of all parties, and are non-negotiable:
Age Related Requirements
NO ONE 17 YEARS OF AGE AND UNDER CAN BE TRANSPORTED WITHOUT AN ADULT. Anyone 17 years of age and under MUST have an adult 18 years old or older ride with them. The adult must also pay for a seat.
ALL PASSENGERS, including children, must have some form of identification to board the shuttle.
All minors must have the proper child safety restraint device (car seat or booster seat) to be transported.
Misc. Reminders
- Earphones/Earbuds are mandatory if you are going to listen to music or watch videos on your electronic devices while riding in the shuttle, so as not to disturb the driver and other passengers.
- Please arrive at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before the departure time listed.
- Please book your ride online even if you are paying at the time of pickup, because the shuttle will not stop at locations where there is no one to pick up. No one will be allowed on the shuttle without a confirmed booking.
Luggage and Bags
One Bag/Suitcase per rider. (This does not include backpacks, diaper bags, pocket books, or any bags that can be held in your lap or under your feet.)
Accessibility
Please note that this shuttle does not offer wheelchair services at this time.
Refunds and Cancelations
If you are paying in full or depositing at the time of booking. This trip becomes non-refundable at 7:00 AM* one day before departure. If you cancel before this time, you will receive a full refund of any monies paid at the time of booking.
*7:00 AM is the non-refundable time for all bookings, regardless of pickup time.

Non-Refundable Date: Oct 11, 2025 - 7:00 AM
